For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, "Personal Information" refers to any information relating to an identified or identifiable individual. We collect Personal Information from various sources described below.

Where applicable, we indicate if and why you must provide your Personal Information, as well as the consequences of not doing so. If you do not provide Personal Information when requested, you may be unable to benefit from our Service.

When you register for an account, we may collect:

4.1 Log Data

Our servers automatically record information such as your IP address, browser type, browser version, operating system, device information, referring/exit pages, date/time stamps, and the web pages you visit.

4.2 Cookies and Similar Technologies

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to collect additional website usage data and improve the Service. You may control the use of cookies through your browser settings. We use the following types of cookies:

• Marketing Cookies: Track your activity across websites to deliver targeted advertising

5. Use of Social Media API Services

5.1 YouTube API Services

Worengin uses YouTube API Services when you choose to connect a YouTube channel. Google's authorization screen shows the access requested before you grant it. By connecting a YouTube channel you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service. The Google Privacy Policy also explains how Google handles your information.

Limited Use disclosure: Worengin's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. The scopes we request are youtube.force-ssl (identify your channel, publish the videos you choose to it, delete a video you published from Worengin, read comments on your videos and post the replies you approve or automate through the chatbot) and userinfo.profile (show the name and picture of the connected account). Google user data is never used for advertising, never sold, never used to train generalized AI models, and only accessed by humans with your explicit consent (for example, when you ask support to investigate an issue), for security purposes, or as required by law.

Storage, protection, and retention of Google data: Google access and refresh tokens are stored encrypted at rest in our database (hosted in the European Union) and are transmitted only over TLS. Channel details, video IDs, publishing status, comments, and replies are kept for as long as the channel stays connected. When you disconnect the channel, the tokens are deleted immediately and the related YouTube data is deleted within 30 days; deleting your Worengin account deletes all of it within 30 days.

Data accessed and stored: After authorization, we read your Google profile details and YouTube channel details to identify the connected account. We store the channel details, the permissions granted, and access and refresh tokens needed to keep the connection working. When you publish through Worengin, we send your video and its title and description to YouTube, currently with public visibility, and store the resulting video ID and publishing status in Worengin.

Comments and AI replies: If you enable the YouTube chatbot, we read recent comments on your channel, including comment text, comment and video IDs, the commenter's channel ID and display name, and the posting time. We store these details and generated or published replies so you can review conversations and manage responses. To generate a suggested reply, we send the comment text and relevant conversation context to our AI service provider. Depending on your chatbot settings, a reply is published after your approval or automatically when enabled.

Purpose and sharing: We use Google and YouTube data only to provide the connected features you select. We send publishing and reply requests to YouTube on your behalf and share data with service providers only as needed to host the Service and generate requested replies. We do not sell Google user data, use it for targeted advertising, or use it to train generalized AI models.

Disconnect, revoke, and delete: You can disconnect YouTube in Worengin to remove it from your active connections. To revoke Worengin's authorization at Google, visit Google's third-party access settings. To request deletion of YouTube data already stored in Worengin, email support@worengin.com. Disconnecting or deleting data in Worengin does not delete videos or comments from YouTube; manage those directly in YouTube.

5.2 TikTok API

We use TikTok's Content Posting API to allow you to publish video content to your TikTok account. We access only the data necessary to post on your behalf (profile info, access tokens). Your use of TikTok through Worengin is also subject to TikTok's Terms of Service and TikTok's Privacy Policy.

5.3 Meta (Facebook & Instagram) APIs

We use Meta's Graph API to allow you to post content and manage your Facebook Pages and Instagram accounts. We comply with Meta's Platform Terms and Data Policy. You can revoke access at any time from your Facebook Settings > Apps and Websites, or by disconnecting from within Worengin. We support Meta's data deletion callback — when you remove our app from your Facebook settings, we will delete your stored Facebook/Instagram data.

5.4 Other Social Media APIs

We similarly use APIs from LinkedIn and X/Twitter to provide our Service. Your use of these integrations is subject to each platform's terms of service and privacy policies.

6. How We Use Your Personal Information

Important: We do not obtain user data through third-party APIs, such as Google Workspace API, to develop, improve, or train generalized AI and/or ML models. User data is used solely for providing the Service as described in this Privacy Policy.
